Registration Fees
Fees are in Euros (€) - VAT included.
An invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your address.

Registration Fee Waivers for Students
CLEF 2024 has secured sponsorship from the
Friends of SIGIR program for a number of registration fee waivers for students.
The registration includes access to all components of the event including lunch and social events (full access will be granted to online participants).
The rest of the expenses (e.g., travel and accomodation) will not be covered by the grant and come at the expense of the participants.
Preference will be afforded to
- Students who are authors of a paper accepted to CLEF 2024.
- Students who are authors of one (or more) participant paper at any of the CLEF 2024 Labs.
- Students coming to CLEF 2024 from developing countries.
An application form for these waivers will be made available soon.

Selection announcement: 22 July 2024
Recipients of this sponsorship will be expected to register online using the same form as other participants, without having to pay the fees.
Registration for students not selected for the grant will be subject to the standard fees (see table above).
